Mr Kalusa observed that the national document in its original form is filled with technical jargon which makes it difficult for the average Zambian to comprehend.
He said simplifying the document will make it simple for the public to understand issues of national importance.
And Speaking at the same meeting, Ministry of Finance and National Planning, Senior Economist Owen Munkombwe explained that the Citizen’s Budget is a simplified version of the National Budget which contains illustrations and content that an ordinary citizen can easily relate to.
