Provincial Permanent Secretary Mathews Chilekwa said  government is looking forward to hard working  civil servants to contribute towards the attainment of meaningful development.

Rev Chilekwa was speaking in Isoka District when he met District Heads of Government Departments.

He said his appointment has come at the time when the Province is preparing to hold its investment forum and exposition which calls for more work.

Rev Chilekwa explained that all civil servants need to follow the hard work of President Hakainde Hichilema  and ensure government policies and programmes are implemented.

And speaking in his welcoming remarks, Isoka District Commissioner Jairo Simbeye said officers in the District have always remained committed to duty despite a number of challenges.

“I can assure you of our support as a District and congratulations on your new appointment, together we will put Isoka and Muchinga on the map,” He said.
