Lupososhi District Commissioner, Simon Mwenya, has assured of transparency from the District Human Resources Management Sub-Committee in the upcoming health workers recruitment exercise in the district.
Speaking in an interview with ZANIS in Lupososhi, Mr Mwenya who is also the District Human Resources Management Sub-Committee Chairperson says the team will ensure that the process is fair, open, and free from any form of bias or corruption.
He reiterated that the recruitment will priorities local people, in an effort to enhance community trust and improve health services in the district.
He added that despite the recruitment exercise not being advertised because the civil service commission already has a database of applicants, the process will go through the same guidelines and procedures.
The Civil Service Commission has embarked on the process to validate the 2023 recruitment database ahead of the 2024 recruitment exercise of 4000 health workers across the country.
