Mr Nosbach pledged continued support in supplementing government efforts in fostering development in rural areas.
“As a Christian organisation we saw it fit that in rural areas such as Manga electricity would be of great impact in delivering quality services in healthcare, and education,” he disclosed.
And speaking the same event, Eastern Province Minister Peter Phiri commended World Vision Zambia for supporting various community projects aimed at improving the livelihoods of citizens.
Mr Phiri said government believes that power supply is an essential basic need that every Zambian needs regardless of their socio-economic status.
