INDIAN External Affairs Minister Subrahmanya Jaishankar says the country will incorporate climate change resilient measures in all its programmes in Zambia.
Dr jaishankar says the country will further continue to spearhead programmes that promote smarter and greener energy in Zambia.
He further states that India will ensure that the construction of a 400 megawatt solar plant in Zambia is completed.
Dr jaishankar added that the country will through its international solar alliance ensure that solar energy is actualised in Zambia.
He was speaking during a media interaction with journalists from African countries on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, the Minister says India will deepen its exposure to Africa.
He said India will ensure that it remains true to its core values of ensuring economic growth and stability in Africa.
